Ticket Refunds

General Rule

All ticket sales are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Date & Time Changes

Requests to modify booking dates or times may be accepted subject to:

  • Availability on the requested new date or time
  • Sufficient advance notice before the original visit date
  • Any applicable change fees

Event Cancellation

If an event or session is cancelled by the organiser, customers may be eligible for:

  • A full refund to the original payment method
  • Rescheduling to another available date
  • Credit toward a future booking

Late Arrivals

Late entry may be limited depending on venue capacity and operational requirements. We strongly recommend arriving within your selected timeslot to guarantee entry. We are unable to offer refunds for missed timeslots due to late arrival.

Incorrect Bookings

Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details before completing payment — including date, time, ticket type, and quantity. Refunds for incorrect bookings may not be guaranteed.

If you experience technical issues during the payment process or ticket delivery, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate and assist with resolution.
